Acne-Treatment Using Lime, Lemon, and Orange.
By Antin. There are some factors that can cause acne such as hormonal changes, wrong food habits, improper skin care, and stress. Acne in teenager mostly caused by hormonal changes. Eating too much red meat, fried meat, fat, or cheese may perform acne in your face. Improper skin care such as washing too often, scrubbing, or oily skin care products also can cause acne. Whatever the cause, acne probably the most common skin problem that can reduce our self confidence.
Here are some home remedies made from lime, lemon, and orange that you can try at home to relief your acne symptoms.
Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder then apply the mixture on your face.
Massage the face with the skin of a lemon before washing with lukewarm water.
Take some fresh squeezed lemon juice and apply it to your face and/or other acne problem areas an overnight facial mask and rinse it off with warm water in the morning.
Make orange peel paste by grinding it in some water. Apply on and around pimples.
Mix 1 tablespoon groundnut oil with 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice to prevent formation of blackheads and pimples. Smear this mixture on your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Wash.
Apply fresh lime juice mixed to a glass of boiled milk as a face wash for pimples.
Mix lime juice and rose water in equal portions. Apply on affected area. Wash it off after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water.
Drink diluted lemon / lime juice (add honey to taste) - it contributes to beautiful skin by helping your body get rid of toxins.
