Can I Treat Hair loss by Myself?
By Antin. Sometimes you just can’t afford hair loss treatments that cost a lot of money. Its make people ask: Can we treat hair loss by ourselves ? Is there a cheaper metods to prevent or stop hair loss ? If you have same case with them, you can try these natural ways to solve your hair loss problem.
Diet. You are what you eat. All of us agree that diet can influence all aspects of your health including the hair loss problem. Give you body a healthy diet and take added benefit of making you look and feel good. For your hair loss problem consume foods that rich in silica (like sprouts, pepper and cucumbers).
Vitamins. Consume 5,000 IU of vitamin A to prevent hair loss. Get enough Vitamin A by eating more foods such as meats and cheeses, vegetables such as cabbage and spinach, and fruit such as peaches. Vitamin B3 (Niacin) B5 (Pantothenic Acid) and in meat, whole grains, and nuts can improve the blood circulation in your head and prevent hair loss. Vitamin B6 in organ meats, egg yolks, and brewer’s yeast helps to prevent hair loss and other signs of aging. Vitamin B12 in meat is necessary for hair restoration. If you are vegetarians, you have difficulty consuming enough B12. Take supplement that contain vitamin B12 about 2 mg daily to prevent hair loss.
Vitamin C is another powerful antioxidant that is good for your body while helping to prevent and cure hair loss. Add foods such as dark green vegetables, potatoes, green peppers, cantaloupe, and citrus fruits in your daily meal. Vitamin E is another powerful natural hair restoration nutrient. It helps to cure hair loss by increasing the circulation of blood to your scalp.
Essential Oils. Lavender, rosemary, thyme and cedar wood oils have shown that they all together will fight hair loss. You can try this as long as you are not allergic to them.
Onion Juice. This treatment is cost cheaper than Essential oil instead. Make juice of onion and apply them to your hair. A study has also shown that this traditional treatment has benefit, though that study is not as reliable as the one for the essential oils.
Lifestyle changes. Besides changing your diet to be a healthy one, you also have to stop applying damaging chemicals to your hair, using hair dryer, pulling you hair or do any perms. These things can be a trigger for hair loss.
Saw palmetto extract. It will help cure hair loss especially if testosterone is the main cause of hair loss. Testosterone is the hormone that turns on hair loss genes that would otherwise remain asleep. Don’t expect an instant result from this treatment. It takes time to lowering your level of Testosterone.
