Do’s and Don’t in Hair Loss Problem.
By Antin. Hair loss is a very common condition that can happen for both men and women. Millions of people experience this kind of problem. Experiencing hair loss can be very hard for both men and women. Even though women can more easily camouflage the issue of losing their hair by wearing wigs, scarves, hair pieces, extensions or using creative hair styles, hiding the problem from others and often from themselves.

People that have hair loss problem may use caps, bows, scarves and other clothing materials for hiding it. It may add accents to their outfit but nothing beats the ability to wear your hair naturally. Most of them still hope to keep the hair they have on your head, avoid losing anymore of it, and even regrow lost hair.
Remember, there isn’t a magic solutions such as hair cream and hair tonic that can solve all type of hair loss whatever the causes. Here are things that you should know if you have problem.
Do these things to prevent or cure hair loss:
- Massage your scalp gently about 15 minutes everyday to stimulate the blood flow on scalp. Hair follicles thrive off nutrients from your blood. Without good blood flow on scalp, no nutrients for the hair follicles and you will lose it.
- Get relax and get enough rest. Sleep can be rejuvenating and restoring the normal functions of your body. In addition, the hormones needed in growing your hair can come naturally.
- Make sure you have a healthy diet and eat plenty of foods rich in protein and vitamins A, B, C, and E.
- Try home remedies such as essential oil (lavender, rosemary, thyme and cedar wood oils) or onion juice.
- Manage your stress.
Do not do these things:
- Smoking, drink alcohol or eating junk foods.
- Stressing your hair by excessive use of chemicals such as too much shampooing with harsh products, dyeing, perming or straightening the hair uses chemicals.
- Give physical stress for hair by excessive use of curling irons, flat irons and blow dryers.
