The symptoms typically look like red or pink areas of thickened, raised, and dry skin. Psoriasis symptoms classically affect areas the skin on elbows, knees, and scalp even though any body area may be involved. The symptoms of psoriasis also tend to be more common in areas of trauma, repeat rubbing on skin, use, or abrasions.Psoriasis has many different appearances. It may be small flattened bumps, large thick plaques of raised skin, red patches, and pink mildly dry skin to big flakes of dry skin that flake off. Psoriasis has different types due to different appearances of the symptoms such as:
- Psoriasis Vulgaris / Plaque Psoriasis. It is the common type of psoriasis.
- Guttate Psoriasis. This type of psoriasis has small and drop like spots appearances in skin.
- Inverse Psoriasis. Symptoms of this type psoriasis appear in the folds like of the underarms, navel, and buttocks.
- Pustular Psoriasis. Some liquid-filled yellowish small blisters will appear in the skin.
- Erythrodermic. This type of psoriasis has intense redness over large areas of the skin.

I am looking for the effective treatment of Psoriasis. Is it is right that it is non curable skin condition.
Because as you write that the real causes of psoriasis are not fully known to any one.
